We have just spent some two months in confinement, working as closely as possible with our staff and clients. In these very particular circumstances, we have found it possible to express our creativity while taking care of our employees, who in turn have been looking after their families.
As of the 11th of May, teleworking will continue, but will be relaxed for the entire team. In compliance with the current regulations (protective measures and social distancing rules), there will be a full-time presence at the agency from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Thursday. This limited deconfinement, resolutely prudent, aims to ensure our presence at the agency to what is strictly necessary.
Last year, together with a few close partners, we initiated experimental work and research based on the strength and importance of the collective in “creating”.
The work of Collectif, the name of this group of a dozen people from all walks of life, has in fact accelerated in the context of the current health crisis, transforming planned workshops into video conferences and work in small groups. The results will be surprising.
The RDAI team remains committed to effectively implementing the development and monitoring of projects by integrating this new rhythm.
We will continue to adapt to the “world of tomorrow” as we have been doing, every day, for almost fifty years.
